Cancellation Policy
The Hot Desk policy is designed to provide flexible, shared working spaces within our co-working environment. It ensures an efficient, fair, and organized way for you to access available desks on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Desk Availability Hot Desks are available to all members on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no reservation system for hot desks unless otherwise specified. Members can use any available desk, but should not occupy the same desk for extended periods. Desks will be available during business hours 3. Desk Etiquette Members should ensure that the desk is kept clean and free of personal belongings when not in use. It is expected that all members will leave the desk tidy after use and return it to its original state. Personal items should be cleared off desks at the end of each day. The space should be left ready for the next member.
