Cancellation Policy
The Dedicated Desk policy outlines the guidelines for members who opt for a permanent, assigned desk within our co-working space. This policy is designed to maintain a flexible, organized, and professional environment while ensuring that all members understand their rights, responsibilities, and expectations when using a dedicated desk. A dedicated desk provides a personal workspace within the shared co-working area. It is available on a longer-term basis and offers members the ability to leave personal belongings at their desk, ensuring a consistent and private work environment. To qualify for a dedicated desk, members must: Commit to the Terms: Dedicated desk memberships are typically longer-term (1-12 months). Members must agree to a minimum commitment period. Space Availability: Availability is subject to space and demand. Members can join a waiting list if no dedicated desks are currently available. A dedicated desk is an exclusive, permanent workspace within the co-working space. It is designed for personal, uninterrupted work. Desk Assignment: Upon signing up, members will be assigned a specific desk number and location. The desk is reserved exclusively for their use during the term of the membership. Desk Customization: Members are encouraged to personalize their workspace with decor, stationery, and plants. However, items should remain within the desk boundaries and should not interfere with the shared spaces or cause clutter. Personal Belongings: Members may leave personal items at their desk, but should be mindful of security risks. The co-working space is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Desk Usage: The desk is available for full-time use during business hours, with 24/7 access granted to those whose membership includes it. Members should maintain a clean and organized workspace. Desk Etiquette and Shared Space Usage While the desk is private, members must respect the shared nature of the co-working environment. Noise Control: Noise levels must be kept at a minimum to maintain a professional environment. Members should use headphones for call and media. Clients who violate the terms of this policy, such as neglecting cleanliness, misusing the desk, or engaging in disruptive behavior, may face penalties, including: Termination of the membership or desk allocation Failure to pay for the dedicated desk on time may result in suspension of desk access until payment is received.
