Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility for Meeting Room Access Paying Clients Only: Only active, paying clients (individuals or companies) with a valid membership or service agreement have access to the meeting rooms. Guests: Guests of paying clients may attend meetings. 2. Booking Process Reservation System: Meeting rooms must be booked through the online booking system. Booking Confirmation: Once a room is booked, clients will receive a confirmation email or notification. A booking reference number will be provided. 3. Room Usage Guidelines Room Setup and Equipment: Clients are responsible for arranging the room layout based on their meeting needs (e.g., seating arrangements, A/V setups). Cleaning and Resetting: After using the meeting room, clients must ensure it is left in a clean and tidy condition. Quiet Environment: Clients are expected to maintain
